- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

- Once your request is approved, we will arrange a return shipping method.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will proceed with the refund or send a replacement as per your preference.

4. Non-Returnable Items:
